A perfect song of European Hi-Tech AOR/Pop, Marietta has a very clear and expressive voice and the whole track has an In-Crescendo "Come on, Move On" rythm, awesome song to recharge the batteries, the voice, the sound, the lyrics and the tempo are just incredible.

I completely agree with you on this track... but then again, I could relate to the entire soundtrack.
ResponderEliminarHarold Faltermeyer, despite the absence of some of the instrumentals from the film, produces some great music here - not to mention the otherwise rare contributory material by the many featured artists here [Bonnie Tyler, Jennifer Rush, Deep Purple, Isaac Hayes and more].
It is a real shame that this great soundtrack is entirely underrated, yet dangerously hard to find... especially the ULTRA-RARE as hell Japanese import, which features the lyrics to all of the music, including "Thunder & Lightning."
